Nick Kolziu moved to the U.S. from Albania in 2000 and began working in the flooring industry in 2003, initially on the East Coast before relocating to Arizona in 2005. He founded Toscani Flooring in 2009 and, after earning his Arizona General Contractor’s license, expanded to full-service remodeling by launching Toscani Interior Services LLC in November 2024. Married with two children since 2008, Nick balances his professional commitments with family life and outdoor hobbies like soccer, fishing, and hunting.
